Dubbed Cite du Vin, it will showcase the history of wine and its influence on the world. It\u2019s exciting for wine connoisseurs from all over the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cite du Vine opened last week and has already gained heavy attention on social media. The structure contains an eight-floor bar that offers views of the entire city along with other surrounding vineyards. It also holds a 250-seat auditorium and will feature a different wine region each summer to showcase its own set of vintages.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSome things just make sense and this is one of those things,\u201d Papadimitriou continues. \u201cThis is a way for visitors to that region to experience Bordeaux wine in an entirely different manner. Now people don\u2019t just have to taste the wine and be satisfied; they can actually get a taste of the culture behind it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There will be 14,000 bottles held in the Cite du Vin\u2019s cellar, collected from 80 different cities.
